Do you ever sense your worry wart is in over driver when you are alone? Mine does. Too much. And one of my biggest worries, that one of the dogs will choke and I'll have to perform the Heimlich on them... but I don't know how! I mean I can guess and I have a pretty good idea, but really it's still a guess. I also wonder how I will do it on myself when I'm eating alone.
