Can you guess where Brad is?

Brad has been home for 2 weeks so it's only fair that he is somewhere this week (and he is not there for a week he flew there yesterday morning and comes back tonight), can you guess where he is? (No there is no prize if you get it right).
Hint: A famous tea party took place here.

    That was way too easy. Only 2 places are famous for tea parties, and I didn't have to fall down a rabbit hole to get here. The next one will not be so easy.
