Ok, I did find a recipe on Pinterest, that was a success.

It was good.
My cookie is yellow, that isn't the lighting it came out that way.
I used a fresh egg, as in laid that morning.
- maybe that has something to do with it?
I wouldn't crave this dessert per se, but if you're in a pinch and need something sweet,
this hits the spot.
Which means I will be making this again, and again, and again.
I prefer warm gooey cookies right out of the oven, therefore I rarely make more than a dozen at a time. I make large batches of cookie dough and freeze it in rolls so I can have my favorite cookies freshly baked at any time! You can even defrost it in the microwave just turn it every 10 seconds and in 30 seconds you are ready to bake. You should try it. It would taste better and it would probably take about the same amount of time.
