Oh, that's right I have a blog. This has been a very busy July full of all summer goodness.
Here are some pictures.

Strutting her stuff. This cute little outfit was once worn by moi.
There has been grandparent visiting.
Lemonade selling.
General playing.
Sunday Dress wearing.
Kitten rescuing. (They were ALL intrigued).
We found this tiny little kitten (approx 4-6 weeks old) wandering our front yard. She wasn't in very good condition and was so young. I have no idea how she survived with our coyotes and eagles. After advice from our vet she was turned into a shelter to receive medical attention.
Playing with the girls.
There was lots of swimming.
We took a mom and tot swim class. It was a lot of fun, and one of the summer highlights. Our little Apple can go under water and learned other water safety and skills.
Canyon exploring.
Daddy playing.
Polar bear statue finding.
Office visiting.
We visited the office where we passed out homemade lollipops. I realized I should have tasted said lollipops, because the night after the visit I tried one. It was horrible. I think I cooked it too long and it burned. Very sorry coworkers. It is the thought that counts, right?
Friend playing.
Relaxing.
I pulled this chair out to return to my SIL, however the Apple loved that it was a lounge seat just her size.
So we bought a chair of her very own. Except this one is too tipsy and was returned.
Sand pit playing (with cousins)
Splash pad visiting (with cousins).
Aviary going.
(My nephew is not picking his nose, I know it looks like it, but he doesn't do that. He is putting a pretzel in his mouth. I have to defend his good nature, because he is such a sweet [and energetic] little tyke).
Emu experiencing!
The emu's name is Sydney.
Bird show watching.
And our most recent trip to the vet office.
Dixie is having some medical issues (nothing serious some over drinking - dehydrating issues). So into the doctor we went. Dr. Rick needed to take Dixie in the back for further examining. The Little Miss was not happy. You can see she isn't happy but prior to this picture she was bawling and screaming, "Deeeee! Deeeee!". She loves her so.

Lollipops were tasty...no worries.
ReplyDeleteOh,our little Brooklyn has grown so big since we last saw her. She is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe are really looking forward to seeing her next SUNDAY!
We will all be at Mom and Dad's with bells on to see both of you.
P.S. I remember that little red and white dress.
Love,
Nanny
Steph, I am glad to hear they were tasty.
ReplyDeleteNanny, We can't wait to see you too!
